- Underwear and swimwear (if tags are removed)
How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return your items.
3. Shipping Your Return: Please pack the items securely and include your RA number on the package. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Processing Your Refund
1. Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
2. Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend doing this promptly, as popular items may sell out quickly.
